What Causes Blood Stained Bowel Movements?

I have been noticing that my boxers contain traces of blood spats from either after i go to take a bowel movement or when I dont feel it. what does that mean. I do find alot of my underwear smeared with blood spats and i dont feel pain , or the blood when it comes out.

you may have hemorrhoides or some colonic bleed you should visit surgeon. it is a serious matter. avoid constipation,. take metrogyl 400mg tds
oflox 200 mg bd
pan 40mg bd
laxatives syp looz 15ml hs
