Hello thanx for using hcm,

Its type 1 diabetes , sugar fluctuations come only when your not having proper meals or your taking more or less insulin.

you need to consult a good diabetologist and set the insulin dosage. Dont change the insulin dosage on the basis of your meals and sugar readings.
Certain things you should follow being diabetic are

Follow a particular meal plan , consume small meals every 3 hourly rather than 3 big meals.
Eat whole grains or cereals avoiding refined easy to digest cereals, starches, sugars, juices, sweetened drinks.
Add lot of fibre in your diet ,consume at least one source of protein in your every meal as it satisfies hunger and gives feeling of fullness.
Always eat fruit with skin rather than making juice.
Make exercise or aerobics as a part of your daily routine.
