What Causes Bloody Mucus Discharge In Urine?

My 3 year old grand daughter had bloody mucus discharge in her urine this morning. She has a history of reflux, but has been taken off antibiotics about a9 months ago. Should we rush for a UA, even though there are no other symptoms (fever, urgency, burnings, etc.)

Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic.

It could be a concentrated urine too. I suggest you give her plenty of oral fluids and if she is still having the same problem after 24 hours, you need see her pediatrician. With a history of reflux, we should not be missing a recurrent urinary tract infection.
