What Causes Blue Discoloration Around Vagina?
I am caring for a 90 year old relative with necrotic tissue around the vagina. No hx of recent surgery. Complaint of localized pain. First looked like a large blackberry with some red balls and some blue on the berry . Then the whole berry turned blue, then it slugged off, leaving some dark color in the vagina. What does this mean? Ca?

Hello and thank you for your question. This could definitely be a symptom of some form of cancer. It would be good for her to see a physician for an exam. Please assist her with getting to a physician as soon as possible.
