What Causes Blurred Vision Along With Fainting And Muscle Spasms?

I am having issues that I can t explain and that are very scary to me. The worst problems are passing out, blurred vision, uncontrollable muscle spasms, and short an long term memory loss. I have gaps in my memory and then I feel I have to lie to cover those gaps. I hope that makes some sense.

What you describe is called confabulation which occurs mainly in Wernicke's encephalopathy due to thiamine deficiency in alcoholics.
