My daughter (24) started having blurred vision while typing at work, then felt light-headed. her right arm had tingling, tight feeling moving from her hand to her jaw. At home lying down now, has hydrated and is elevating legs. YYYY@YYYY

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your daughter's symptoms could be related to low blood pressure. I recommend giving a lot of fluids and increase salt intake. If her symptoms persist, I recommend going to the ER for a physical exam and some tests:
- a resting ECG;
- complete blood count for anemia;
- blood electrolytes for any possible imbalance

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Iliri
