What Causes Blurred Vision, Headache And Nose Bleeding?

I am a 55 year old man. I am experiencing these symptoms; blurred vision with headaches, my face turns a ruddy color making me look flushed, frequent nosebleeds and bruises, dizziness and my ears ring. I also get night sweats in episodes. What might I have?
