Why would my body ache all the time, I feel weaker and weaker as time goes by.. Like my muscles can t lift as much as I used to. I m only 23. As of about 2 or 3 months ago I could be just sitting down and would get very dizzy very fast and it is bad. What could this be?

Hi,

The symptoms you mentioned in history could be just about the body getting weaker and having insufficient vitamins. Having a multi vitamin should be good of use.

Also this has another differential thought is that the cardiac output must be low so having it checked and regular exercise along with this would help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
