Hi,

As blood in the stool isn't a sign to be ignored. need a laboratory examination of the stool is a must. Also the blood and urine routine test needs to be performed. Any undiagnosed pathology will not allow medication to follow and the lab reports will suggest the possible cause for the same.

Having a consultation with the gastroenterologist will be good. the sharp chest pain is due to acidity involved and definitely there will be weakness in body once the body has low digestive capacity.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
