Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You have hypothyroidism and you are taking eltroxin. But now you have low TSH and high T4 so it suggest drug induced hyperthyroidism.
You need to reduce the dosage of eltroxin. If you don't have endocrinologist in your city then consult your physician and adjust the dosage accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
