What Causes Body Pain In A Child?

My 13 year old daughter is saying her entire body hurts.. She has not been exercising or playing a sport.. She started complaining about it last night and says anywhere she touches it hurts... She just got over the flu but is still taking her antibiotics and prednisone... What could this be?

the diagnosis of flu doesnot require antibiotics or prednisolone. she must be having some underlying other diagnosis. please check with the prescribing physician about prednisolone need. the body pain is common post flu or any viral ailment. still i would like to check for complete blood count and peripheral smear.
