What Causes Body Pain With Suffocation And Syncope Feelings?

I have pain in left part of my body Actually it starts from one left end of my waist and then it continues to extend in left shoulder,left hand,left leg and left end of forehead. Once it starts its difficult to tolerate. Sometimes it is for few minutes but sometimes it continues for full day. I am not getting the exact reason of pain nor I am getting what it is. Sometimes I feel Suffocation and sort of unconsciousness.Sometimes I can see light spots.

I have studied your case.
There is possibility of transient ischaemia leading to pain unconscious state .
You may need blood investigation like pt inr.
CBC, ESR, CRP test.
MRI brain will help you.
