Hello,
It is very likely the symptoms you are experiencing are due to medication and dose changes you have had recently. It is very common with SRRI medications (Celexa and Zoloft) that when we change the doses they do cause irritation and body tremors that last a couple of weeks till the body gets used to the change.

If you find the symptoms severe and really bothersome than it might be good to talk with your doctor and he might prescribe for you some Xanax for a week or two to help you be less irritable handle better the dose changes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
