Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Can you tell me the onset of the pain, characteristic, association with other symptoms, what does it better or worse? At which joint it first started? Have you done any analysis?

It is recommended to do: albumin, total protein, phosphorus, calcium, osteocalcin, uric acid, alkaline phosphatase. And also better visit a doctor to do a differential diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Emilda Belortaja
