What Causes Body Weakness While On Artane?
Our daughter is 9 years old and has moderate spastic quadrapelia cerebral palsy. Her neurologist has placed her on Artane and it appears that she has lost a lot of her strength and ability to stand, etc. Is this common among children who take Artane (triphexdinophyl - I think). Our PT said today that she was unable to hold herself up and collapsed a lot while trying to walk. She did have botox in her left forearm and flexors a couple of weeks ago but she has been getting botox for 4 years. Thoughts? Charles Stuart
