What Causes Bodyache,facial Swelling And Nausea After Taking Zomelis ?
My wife, aged 63 yrs wt- 69 kg, ht- 4ft10in with high blood sugar--288--pp 2hrs after breakfast, having thyroid problem, has been advised to take Zomelis tablet along with Glucored forte SR 30 min before breakfast, but after 5 days of taking the medicine she has developed severe bodyache, swelling of face, nausea and many other problems--she has stopped Zomelis-- what is your opinion?

Hi,
Sometimes patients may have allergy to some medicine. Start her on tablet Gluconorma G1 Forte and stop old anti-diabetic medicines. Get the following tests done:
CBC
LFT
HbA1c
