What Causes Boil Like Bumps On Testicles When Masturbation In Stopped?

When I stop masturbating I get bumps (boil-like in shape, but not painful or puss filled) on my testicles. I was tested for STDs several years ago (2002) and have only had one partner since who has never had an STD and in fact has recently had a healthy baby. So, I know its not that. It only happens when I stop masturbating for times that last a week; and it only happens then. What gives?

Hello sir and welcome.

The sequence of events do not match up and in my opinion the more likely cause for the presentation could be some other activity like for example shaving or removal of hair around the pubic region, not changing your undergarments for a long period of time, sweating or increased moisture in the region causing a change in appearance, etc.

I think thats what gives, but otherwise I do not see another cause based on the description provided sir.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
