What Causes Boils Around The Labia Area?

I HAVE BEEN SUFFERING FROM BOILS /PIMPLES AROUND AND ON THE LIBIA AREA(VAGINALAREA). THEY SOMTIMES TINY AND SOMTIMES THE ARE THE SIZE IF A WALNUT. IT COMES WITH MUCH PAIN AND ITCH. I HAVE TRIED BOIL-EASE, WARM COMPRESSES AND NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK. MY DOCTOR GAVE CIPRO AND DO NOT THINK IT IS WORKING EITHER. WHAT CAN I DO.?
