General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
- Irregular periods suggest hormonal imbalance. It's possible to get Acne with hormonal imbalance, but boils on back are likely to be infection of skin by bacterias. they invade an abraded/cracked skin & form a boil.
-Consult a gynecologist for irregular periods for specific treatment after examination/investigations.
Thanks
