What Causes Bottom Teeth Pain While Having Osteoarthritis And Fibromyalgia?

My bottom front teeth hurt every day in the afternoon. I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis, sjogren's syndrome & fibromyalgia. Can you tell me if any of these diagnosis would cause your teeth to hurt? Also, when I'm just getting ready to cry - I'm smelling ammonia. The ammonia smell goes away after my tears release.

I'm 48 yrs old, 5'3" 175 lbs

Thanks for your query, i have gone through your query. fibromyalgia can cause pain the muscles but not in the teeth. consult a oral physician and get a radiograph done for the respective tooth to rule out any infection in the teeth that might cause pain in the teeth. osteoarthritis can cause pain in the joints and muscles around the joint not in teeth. if there is infection in the teeth then get it treated by RCT or extraction. if there is a gum infection, get your teeth cleaned once. i hope my answer will help you, take care.
