What Causes Bouts Of Severe Stomach Pain And Extreme Fatigue?

My son is 24, and has had bouts of severe stomach pain and extreme fatigue several times over the last three years. He has been told many things.. giardia was the favorite diagnosis the first year and a half. Then it recurred and he was tested (first time) and no parasites were found. Sonogram did not show gallstones, but he is having grey poop and seems to feel a lot like I did when I had gallstones. He had a very expensive colonoscopy last spring. They have no insurance. He and his wife are really struggling financially and cannot afford yet another test. Any suggestions?

Its quite unfortunate that you are devoid of insurance. The symptoms you are referring to seem more of GERD symptoms.
He will be better with Esomeprazole and Itopride.
