What Causes Bouts Of Vertigo And Low Platelet Count?

What might be wrong if I have bouts of vertigo, low platelet count (70,000 and anemia (11.2). I am diabetic (type 2) and have high blood pressure I have also had a hard time swallowing at times. I feel like there is something in my throat stopping it. Liquid or solid it doesn t matter

Hi,

Difficulty in swallowing always needs assessment on an urgent basis. I would suggest you should urgently consult your doctor. We need to do an OGD to know the cause.

Also, some more blood tests to know about the low platelet count. So make sure you see your doctor as soon as possible.
