What Causes Bowel Movement After Having Food?

my question is my immunoglobulin is high. Normal 91-414. mine is 652. All other test are normal. thyroid blood test cielac my systoms are having a bowel movement after I eat. Soft stools. I have an appointment with a gastro guy in a couple of weeks. What can I do if anything to help relieve my symtoms?
