What Causes Bowel Movement After Taking Energy Drink?
I have found that if i drink a energy drink or take a fat burner pill within 20 minutes i have a bowl movement that can take 20 - 45 minutes. its not diarreha, just alot of feces. whats going on? i feel great afterwards and it keeps me regular. it is also helpful because if i jog before a bowl movement i have about 15 minutes of running before i have to go ugently.
Early morning a gastrocolic reflux or bowel movements are normal. But an energy drink some times contain caffeine more, and which may cause bowel movements in sensitive stomach patients.
IBS, IBD, and Celiac disease patients may have sensitivities stomach which may cause increased bowel movements. Avoid drink or change non-caffeinated drink. Still symptoms persistent, please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
