What Causes Bowel Movement Pain, Itching And Rectal Bleeding?
Hi, i am having extreme pain when going for a poo. Other symptoms are itchyness, blood on top of stool and blood on toilet paper (only sometimes) I have had this problem on and off for approx 4-5 months, I went to the doctor Tuesday and he gave me some Proctosedyl cream and panadeine forte, I felt 80% better the day after but then today i am almost back to where i was on the tuesday. If i have a stool motion and then have a shower and let warm water run over my anus, this reliefs the pain very good after a minute or two. Doctors are closed today so i need some help please
itching and rectal bleeding may be due to haemorrhoids or fissure or fistula. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.
Use Mucopain gel locally for pain relief. Use Pilex cream for healing. Eat a high fibre diet, Drink plenty of water. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
