What Causes Bowel Movement?

Hey, I'm a 15 year old male, and cery recently, I had one, and only one bowel movement with about, I'd say a spoonful or two of blood in it, appearing at the 'end' of the movement. The movement was a bit runny, and didnt cause much discomfort at all.
Any possible diagnosis?
