What Causes Bowel Movements With Worm And Intestine Like Residue?

This morning i had a bowel movement that was normal size, but i broke it up and it looked like intestines and worms inside. This really freaked me out, i have been taken fiber for the last three weeks for hemmerhoids, could this be the cause?

* Many instances are being reported as fibre content of the diet mistaken as a worm in stool.
* The only way to distinguish the same would be a stool microscopy test with your laboratory technician of course after the prescription of a test from your GP. Feel free to post further doubts.
