Thanks for your question. I imagine it is frustrating to be experiencing such symptoms. Many things can cause the sensations you are describing.
Vertigo is described as a kind of
dizziness where the room feels like it is spinning. This type of dizziness can be caused by injuries in the brain from strokes but more often vertigo is caused by ones balance being thrown off by
inner ear changes from something called Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV).
In Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) your inner ear has little stones called otoliths which help your body maintain balance. Some people's otoliths are shifted when they turn their head a certain direction and when these stones move it cause room spinning dizziness. If you notice that the dizziness starts or worsens after turning your head you might have this type of vertigo. This can be treated and you could see a doctor for evaluation and treatment options.
In addition the sensations you are describing could all be caused by
anxiety and hyperventilating. When we become anxious we often with hyperventilate or breath very quickly which can cause us to retain acid and become acidic which then causes sensations of
tingling in our extremities and dizziness. Often people can feel their pulse in their neck or even their ears and this can given the sensation of the brain pulsating and the more one focuses on the pulse the stronger the sensation seems to feel. This can cause one to become anxious and add to the
hyperventilation as well. If these symptoms occur and we become aware of our breathing and try to normalize our breathing and stop hyperventilating often these sensations will resolve.
I hope that this help and that you feel better. I think you will continue to improve but if you have ongoing or concerning symptoms see a doctor.
Thanks
