What Causes Breast Spots Which Leave Residual Scabs And Scars?
My daughter is 12 years old with Down Syndrome. She frequently gets large spots which look like pimples under her breasts. They get a whitish/grayish head and eventually open and scab over. They respond well to antibiotic cream, however, they seem to leave a slight scar. Can you tell me what this might be?

fungal skin infection.. use ointment.. miconazole daily for 1 week and maintain proper hygeine. ......
