Hi Satish
Welcome to the HCM

The breathing difficulty and easy susceptibility to coughs and colds can be a sign of childhood asthma. I would recommend you to take him for a pulmonary function test. In case it is suggestive of obstructive pulmonary disease, then he needs to be started on regular therapy. You may start with Budecort 200microgm twice daily. Visit a pediatrician for proper clinical examination and follow up.

Hopefully this will help you. I would be happy to help you in any further questions.
Take care
