Difficulty in breathing along with increased heart rate may be associated with lung, heart and low haemoglobin. If haemoglobin in blood is low, it may cause breatlessness, weakness and fatigue. It can be checked by seeing nails, corner of eye which are pale or white. Angina or lack of adequate blood supply to heart may cause these problems. asthma or bronchitis are other issues. Diagnosis can be made by analyzing hamoglobin in blood, other blood tests, echocardiography and a X-ray chest should be carried out.
