Shortness of breath and dizziness when doing minor exertion or work after meals could be related to : hyperacidity problems of the stomach or cardiovascular issues.
I advise to consult with cardiologist first and run a complete cardiac check up: - ECG - echocardiogram - stress test
to evaluate your cardiovascular system.
If nothing is found, then, gastrohepatologist is advised to consult further and run upper endoscopy to evaluate the local changes.
Until then, please monitor your blood pressure (bp) and sugar levels when you feel such episodes; record the results to show to your doctor.
Hope this helps.
