What Causes Breathlessness While Taking Food?
sir, today morning i was eating almonds and suddenly it got stuck, i could not breathe, i could not speak also, i drank water. then i spitted and got cool. some one was hitting at the back also. this took atleast 5 minutes in all the process. i want to ask if this happens again , what to do.

You may be aspirated during eating. so don't worry you may not aspirate again. Take care about don't laugh or weep during eating.
Drink plenty of water.
If the same problem occurs once again please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
