What Causes Bronchial Spasms During Night In A Child?
My 8 year old granddaughter has been having bronchial spasms at night - 3 in the last 3 weeks. What could be causing it. She had a sore throat and enlarged tonsills but these are OK now, although she is very succeptible to it. She had some bubble gum today. Could this be the cause.

is there a history of allergy or asthma in family? her solutions may b due to infection associated bronchospasm or asthma. she might b having hyperactive airway. get her pefr and spirometry done
