What Causes Brown Blood Discharge?

Hi I'm 3 days late but today I had some brown old blood...when I went to the bathroom the next time it was red but it's not quite enough to wear a pad or tampon. I took a test which can up neg. What is the possibility that I could be pregnant? Could it be implantation? Too early to test?

Hello dear, yes it can be a very early pregnancy or just simple delay of periods. I would like to know your age and that if you care using any contraception. Till then wait for your period and repeat urine pregnancy test after a week and if negative visit your gynecologist as you might need to take progesterone for withdrawal bleeding.
