What Causes Brown Color Discharge And Cramps After Taking Ipill?

Me and my boyfriend didn t had sex but our private parts touched, it happend on 15th august I was on my periods and all this happened on 4th day of my period after that I had bleeding and I took ipill on 18th morning, and from 18th till 22nd I was feeling sleepy and was having cramps, now it s brownish color discharge I m getting and I ve getting a bit fat, what should I do? My next periods would on after a month i.e on 12th sept.
