What Causes Brown Discharge, Burning Sensation During Urination And Vomiting?

I am a 115, 5'3, 18 year old girl. I have been on three different anti-biotics in one month for different things. Recently I have been having a brown discharge for a about a week and it has now been three weeks since my last period. Earlier in the week my urine was buring and I had been experencing vomating and a upset stomach. I have taken three pregnacy test which were all negative, could this be a server UTI or something more serious?
