Symptoms: extreme severe cramping in my lower abdomen during my cycle and seven between cycles. I have heavy periods with numerous large blood clots. I had an ultrasound that came back clean in October of 2014. I have been on numerous BC pills that made me feel emotional/ depressed/ hormonal/ and consistently have periods every 2 weeks. My blood count results also came back normal. I have not been to the doctor since October yet my symptoms have only gotten worse. Now I have strange brown discharge and burning when I urinate. I stopped the pills altogether which made my periods more regular but the cramping has continued to get worse. I have constant spouts of diarrhea/ constipation, occasional blood in my stool, frequent and cloudy urination that burns. I took two at home screens tonight. The UTI test came back with only slightly high levels of leukocyte but negative for nitrates. The vaginal PH test also came back negative. What should I do? And what could possibly be wrong?
