What Causes Brown Discharge When On Sprintec?

I am on Sprintec and I have also been sexually active, I have taken the pill everyday at the same time. I have brown liquid discharge and I m not sure whats wrong, could I just have late discharge from my period? I am 11 days away from my next period too.

It can be an infection like bacterial vaginosis or thrush.

You can go for a vaginal swab to confirm the diagnosis.

As of now, you can use Clotrimazole vaginal lotion to cleanse your genitals.

If symptoms persist, you can consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
