What Causes Brown Jelly Like Anal Discharge?

I have woke up in the middle of the night and there was all brown jelly stuff al over my pants it was like slim i could lift it of and it was like a big lump of jelly this is happen a whole lot of times could you please tell me what this could be please. Im sorry i have not got the money to pay for this I'm on income
support and I'm finding it very hard to get by on it
Ps it's not on the stools it just comes away from me with out passing stools

Hello,

As per our clinical experience, this issue seems possible fistula condition giving discharge without passing stools. Must get checked by a consultant surgeon for proctoscopy evaluation and confirmation of the diagnosis.
