What Causes Brown Phlegm Behind Tonsils At Back Of Throat?
Every morning I have brown phlegm lodged behind my tonsils at the back of my throat. It only happens after i wake up and thats when I notice that its there. Could this be coming from eating too much chocolate and acid reflux, second hand some, or an STD?
If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you Plenty of fluids , Steam Inhalation twice daily, Saline nasal spray thrice daily , Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination & antibiotic Ofloxacin + ornidazole .
I would also like to advice investigation like Diagnostic Nasal endoscopy to know extend of disease .
Here my suggestion is that you should consult your ENT doctor for thorough examination, necessary investigations and treatment.
Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help. Regards.
