What Causes Brown Spotting After Urination?

HI, im taking duphaston now for 15 days, i have 30 days cycle, is supposed to have my menses last January 29,2014 i have 3 days bleeding,1st was a drop of fresh blood then 2 days after a brown spotting but only came out after i urinate, after that Feb 1 its all clear..i took pregnancy test last January 29 but it came out negative..Pls. help..Thanks
