What Causes Brown Urine Along With Foul Smell After Fistula Repair Surgery?

I m a 29 yr old female. I m 6 weeks post op from a fistula repair. Fistula was located between bladder and sigmoid colon. I was lucky to have it repaired laparoscopically. In the last two days I have developed dark brown urine, brown foul smelling drainage from my vagina and air when I pee. Symptoms I had that found the fistula. I hate to be a pain .....do I call my surgeon during this holiday weekend? Go to the ER? Or just call him when he s back in the office in 4 days?
