What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge With Odor?

I just went to the restroom and I discovered tht I had a light brownish spot about a nickel size on my panty liner. When I smelled it there was an odor. I haven t had a period for 3 years now. I ve been noticing an odor without any discharge for about a week now. I am 54 years old.

You need an examination by a doctor. They will examine your vagina and cervix. If necessary they will take one pap smear test also.
