What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge?
For the last week I ve been experiencing a light brown, watery discharge. Occasionally it s blood, but I m not due for my period. I take the pill regularly but skip my period every month. After a week of continuous wrong discharge, I ve picked up (yet another) UTI. But I m now having a lot of head spins, pain in my back and fatigue. Aside from the UTI, what could this be, and how can I treat it to be back on track?

Hi,
Consult a gynecologist and get a vaginal swab done to rule out possibilities like bacterial vaginosis.
As of now, use Clotrimazole lotion to cleanse your genitals.
