What Causes Brown Watery Diarrhea And Stomach Cramps?

my husband is 80 years , most of the time he is constipated, but for the lat 2 days he has stomach cramp and diarrhea , brown in colour and watery, he a pd patient and left lobe stroke, also his appitite is good is there any thing seriosly wrong with him , but most of the time he goes to do d big job only once in 10days.

You have problem of abdominal cramps and watery stool that may be because of gastroenteritis problem.

Food poisoning may cause abdominal cramps.
Indigestion may cause abdominal cramps.

Giardiasis may cause abdominal cramps and loose stool .
Intestinal infection by bacteria or viral may cause this type of problems.

Abdominal ultra sonography is helpful for diagnose.
Stool examination can done for further diagnosis.
Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
