Age : 32 Sex: Male
Height : 1 m 78
Weight : 82 Kgs

Woke up last 4 days , I have been splitting a brownish jelly type Flemish substance in the morning upon waking up. Looks that it is emanating from the stomach.
soon then my split is normal, I do not feel pukish and whole day I am fine just it happens in the morning. Is there cause for concern ?

Hello

Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear smoking can cause brownish sputum , and if you're living in polluted environment can cause brown color sputum. Other causes like eating chocolate, coffee, tea, red wine and dark sodas that will make your mucus look brown. Eating a lot of garlic will also lead to coughing up brown mucus., nasal polyps can cause same problem. Please consult your doctor if symptoms not subsiding.
