What Causes Bruise Above Eye, Under Eyebrow?

Hi, I have an unexplained bruise just above my right eye, under my eyebrow. No pain, however it is ever so slightly blurry when I look out of my right eye only. I do not recall hitting it. May have put pressure on it yesterday when with my thumb as I often do that when I am stressed and on the phone.

Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history.

It seems from the history that you are having bruise of the eyelids.
This is because of collection of blood in the layers of skin of eyelids.
Though the common cause is injury it can occur following minor injuries which you may not notice or spontaneously.
These will resolve by 1-2 weeks and no treatment is required.
If you are not having any vision related problems like blurring of vision, then no need to worry.

Thank you
With regards
