What Causes Bruise On Thigh Travelling Down To Leg Post Injury?
last week I was playing flag football with friends, I ended up pulling a groin muscle, initially there was bruising on the upper inside thigh and over a couple days the bruise traveled down my leg. Currently (1 week later), the bruise starts at the top of my groin and extends to a few inches above the inside of my knee. It is tender to the touch all along the bruise line.
