What Causes Bruises All Over The Body?
I have many bruises on all parts of my body, and they've been there for a long time. New ones pop up in places I know I haven't bumped. Like my knee, side of my knee, between my fingers, my back, and the sides of my forearm. I dont eat or drink much water. Help.

Your symptoms could be because of platelet problem or vascular disease. I suggest you investigate with CBC and PT investigation for further work up. According to the cause specific management plan can be decided. I suggest you consult physician once for examination.
